1. About IslandWristWear:

IslandWristWear is a Malta-based online watch catalogue. Customers can browse available and pre-order watches through this website and contact us through WhatsApp or email.

The website does not process payments or complete purchases directly.

2. Product Information:

We aim to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, specifications and prices. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Product availability, prices and supplier timeframes may change. We reserve the right to correct genuine errors or outdated information before accepting an order.

3. Enquiries and Orders:

Sending an enquiry through WhatsApp, email or the website does not automatically reserve a watch or create a confirmed order.

Before accepting an order, IslandWristWear will confirm:

- The exact watch model

- Availability

- Final price

- Estimated delivery or collection timeframe

- Applicable delivery charge

- Deposit or payment requirements

- Available warranty information

An order is confirmed only after IslandWristWear expressly accepts it and any agreed deposit or payment has been received.

4. Pre-Orders and Deposits:

Standard pre-orders generally require a 10% deposit after price, availability and estimated delivery have been confirmed.

If IslandWristWear cannot obtain the agreed watch, any payment or deposit received for that watch will be refunded.

Deposits and pre-orders remain subject to applicable consumer rights. Ordering a standard, non-personalised watch does not automatically remove any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to a distance contract.

5. Prices and Payment:

Prices are displayed in euros. The final amount payable will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Malta delivery costs €10 unless otherwise stated. Collection may be arranged at no additional cost.

Accepted payment arrangements will be confirmed directly with the customer. A fiscal receipt will be provided for completed sales.

6. Delivery and Collection:

Delivery and collection timeframes are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Pre-order timeframes depend on supplier availability and will be communicated before the order is accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.

7. Warranty, Returns and Cancellations:

All purchases are subject to our Warranty & Returns Policy, including applicable legal-guarantee and withdrawal rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Maltese or European Union consumer law.

8. Website Use:

The content, photographs, branding and design belonging to IslandWristWear may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Brand names and trademarks belonging to watch manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
