When you contact us through WhatsApp, email or social media, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, the watch you are interested in and your messages. If you purchase a watch, we may also collect the details needed to arrange payment, collection or delivery and issue a receipt.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may collect technical information about visits to the site and use cookies to operate it. If optional analytics or other non-essential cookies are enabled, visitors can make a choice through our cookie banner.
How we use your information:
We use your information to answer enquiries, discuss watch availability and orders, arrange purchases and delivery, provide customer support, and keep records required for accounting or other legal obligations. We do not use enquiry details to send marketing messages without an appropriate basis to do so.
We process enquiry and order information to respond to your request or fulfil a purchase. We keep information needed to meet legal obligations where applicable.
Who receives your information:
Squarespace hosts this website. If you choose to contact us using a WhatsApp button, your conversation takes place through WhatsApp, which processes information under its own privacy policy. Other service providers may process information where necessary to operate the website or fulfil an order.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it:
We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage any follow-up. We keep purchase and accounting records for the period required by applicable law. We then delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights:
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain uses, or request a copy of your data.
